Scholarship funds are sent directly to the winner’s school as a check made payable to the institution. The school must be an accredited college or university in the United States. ### When and how are the winners announced? Each winner is typically announced a few weeks after the entry deadline. Winners are notified via email, and we can only publicly announce who won after they accept the scholarship. A student who is currently enrolled in an accredited college or university located within the United States; 3. A parent who currently has a student enrolled as a high school senior or junior located within the United States; 4.
